I was vacuuming my floor before work with my v-12 Detect and noticed the seal was a little wonky. Replaced the seal (I as always buy one or 2 when I get a new Dyson just in case) and the main body/cyclone just folded downwards ( I could see the circuits etc inside of it) I looked online for a replacement and there were none to be found so I reached out to their US customer service number and spoke to a super nice guy. I explained my situation and told him that I'm looking to purchase another main body/cyclone and was unable to find one on the website. He placed me on hold for a few minutes, came back and told me that they do, in fact have them in stock and that my product warranty expired in December of 2025 but he explained my situation to management and they're sending me another unit at no charge! I'm ecstatic! They've sent me a replacement laser brush head, a replacement main body/cyclone on my v-15 when it cracked after my warranty was up. I'm truly happy with their customer service.
