On Granby avenue and Dusan for the past few days there have been detectives, fbi, and others digging up the backyard of the home where she used to live looking for remains...

No, the current homeowners moved there in 2008 so they were not aware.

Can you imagine getting a knock on your door..hey we're going to search for a dead body and destroy your entire backyard.

Anyone have a local person they would recommend to fix a gate? It's basically just a simple side gate of my house. The wood is sort of rotting and some of the bolts are loose and it doesn't close well. The funny part its only about 6 years old.

Well the new owner was such a nice guy he really tried to make that place nice but maybe it was just a bad location, a combination of it being pretty expensive pizza or other players in town.

Any recommendations to stop squirrels from destroying all of my avocados. I'm so excited, it looks like it's going to be a great year for my tree as there are literally hundreds of small little avocados. I protected the trunk as best as I can with some sheet metal that they can't climb all the way up to about 6 ft and then a cone also around the trunk so they can't climb over that. But I have a fence near the tree that they can walk down and then jump into the tree..

Previous years I usually lose about 30% of the avocados..

I would not want to kill the little guys but any other recommendations out there would be great to hear. Thanks everyone..
