Two foam / plastic questions on my 2022 EV6
Question 1: a strip of black foam has slowly been appearing under a windshield we got replaced by safelite last summer and has finally made its presence fully known. I’m in Texas so this spot is cooking all the time. My question, is this a safelite installation issue or has anyone had this foam pop out on their dash with a factory installed windshield? I’m assuming it’s safelite but wanted to narrow it down before contacting them.
Question 2: this soft plastic panel has come loose under the rear right end of the car. Other their aerodynamic issues with it dragging, is this piece of plastic super important and needs to be dealt with immediately? We have some major home repairs starting this week and don’t know when I’ll have time to deal with either issue. Any insight is appreciated, thanks!!
