okay so I'm a GEM with a 8/6/8 profile from a tier 3 college and 27 months of workex.

I'm actually targetting colleges like glim c & gim goa, i read a few things here and there and it's stressing me out that the 6 in my profile would be a deal breaker and i wouldn't even get the average package out there.

i need to know that if it's worth it or not.

and if in anyway i could do some damage control by doing any type of certifications if you guys could suggest .. that would help a lot
