Is it okay if I do my Omad at 9pm?

Hi you guys I’ve recently started Omad. And have been eating at 7pm the past few days but only because I haven’t been at work. Now that I’m going back to work I don’t get off until 8pm. Would me doing my Omad at 9pm be fine? I don’t know why it feels so late but that’s honestly the only time I can actually do it. As I am a house manager/ nanny for a family and I don’t have an actual time to eat an actual meal until really dinner time. Thank you!

Hi so I need some honest opinions on this, because I truly want to know if I have an eating disorder and if I need to get help and I didn’t really know where else to post this question. But I have realized after the past few years and me losing over 120 pounds that now since my stomach is smaller I have times when I can and should eat now. For example I try to eat breakfast around 9am or 10am because if I eat to later (let’s say 1pm or 2pm) than that for anything then I’m full and I feel like I won’t able to eat dinner or have a snack because I’m still full from eating earlier and my food takes longer now to digests. And then if I do decide have a snack then I tell my self to have it around 2 or 3 pm and then I normally have dinner around 8pm. But this is quite annoying as it affect my day to day life sometimes especially the days I go out with family and friends because I get to scared if I eat earlier in the day I will be to full to go out to eat that night with friends or something. But I would just like some opinions on this thank you!
