In-n-out Popup in Lima, Peru Today
This is genuinely so rad. Saw on IG yesterday that In-n-out was doing a pop up for four hours at a local BBQ/burger place here in Lima. I’m from CA but have been down here for a while so I had to check it out. Unfortunately had to bail to catch a flight and wasn’t able to get a burger so I gave my wristband to someone else… but they let me in to check it out and take some pics!
Talked with the staff and they told me that they travel the world setting up popups and always only give 24 hour notice for when they’re setting up shop. Seems like an awesome gig. Also REALLY awesome seeing 1000+ folks lining up to give in n out a try. Burger diplomacy in action.
Aside from family and such, in n out is one of the things I miss the most about back home. Super cool to see here. Viva in n out!!!
