Hello everyone I need help.

I am married and far away from my wife.

She is in my home country while I am living here, or you could say surviving here, in Qatar.

The thing is, I am desperately struggling with my physical needs.

It's been a whole year since I've touched, hugged, kissed, or been physically close to my wife.

I really need some advice on how to cope with this situation.

If anyone has been through something similar, how are you managing it?

I don't want to keep wasting my shit with my hand anymore, and it's been months since I've done that either.

I genuinely need some advice from you all.

Maybe someone here can help me deal with this situation.

Hi everyone! Does anyone have a spare bicycle that they’re willing to sell? I really need one because I don’t have much time to go to the gym, and I’d like to start cycling to get some exercise and lose some belly fat. I feel like I’m getting unhealthier day by day. 😭

I don’t have a huge budget, which is why I’m asking here. If anyone has a decent bicycle they’re looking to sell at a reasonable price, please let me know. I’d really appreciate your help!
