Turbo rebuild and some engine codes

Can anyone recommend a good turbo rebuild kit?
The turbo on my 6.5 is leaking oil into the intake so I figure it’s time to fix it before it causes any problems. Also does anyone have any recommendations on what to change to make these codes go away?

Which line to install power steering filter?

1998 6.5 1500. As you can see line 1 is the high pressure one so obviously not that one. Number 2 goes to the brake booster and number 3 goes to the rack. I am not sure which line I have to cut.

New to me 98 with the 6.5

I am wondering if I should upgrade the turbo or replacing it with stock? Any other suggestions for bulletproofing?
