I have a brain defect that makes it hard for me to spell the letter R in lithuanian, i pronounce it like its english and im really bad at making gramatically correct sentences, what do i do?

Ive been struggling with stress and suicidal ideation and its because of school which i get mocked sometimes for my faith or no reason, theres sometimes rumors made about me that are stuff i did out of context, i struggle with bullying and fitting in school, i even keep playing terribly in goalkeeping after when i used to be one of the best in the school, i keep praying to god but he never answers my prayers.

I use 4 fingers, top left finger i use for shooting, top right finger i use for ability use, droning, and more, bottom left finger i use for movement, bottom right button i use for aiming and leaning

My sensitivity is relatively balanced, not too sensitive, not too slow

What should i change in my setup to get more kills?
