Been having periods for a decade and still don’t know how tf to cope with it. Like ts makes me want to rip the uterus out and I be feeling and hearing things moving there idk if I am tweaking. It’s like every time I move up the age bracket, this thing is intentionally getting worse and fucking me up. I had better quality of life as a teen than an adult. I am HEAVILY JELOUS of people that do not deal with this. Why tf does it feel like someone is stomping on my back . I just had to let it out bc wtf is this experience. WHAT . THE . FUCK.
