lost access to my 2fa app and backup codes
I am still logged in my roblox account, but i do not have anything 2fa related or backup codes. only thing related to my account is my email and phone number
the problem is that if i want to change almost any setting i need the 2fa 6 digit code that i cannot gain anyway.
I tried countless times to count on roblox suport but they didnt help with anything. when i contacted roblox suport the AI always said that it will reset my account but that never truly happen.
I also asked for a human to help me with this problem and i just got some useless emails that essentially were just the same answers but in diferent words.
id appreciate any help i can get and im also curious if i am the only one with this issue
