Credit Score: Must be 650 and above with no late payments on your credit report.
Income: Must make 40 times the rent ($50,000/year minimum for your half) with stable employment and a good landlord reference.
Guarantors: Allowed if you do not meet the income requirement, but they must make 80 times the rent ($100,000/year minimum for your half).
Documents you will need to submit ASAP:
Photo ID
2 months of bank statements
2 savings statements
Proof of income (4 recent paystubs AND your most recent tax return or latest W2)
