Already paid first year tuition and gic.

Have total available funds of CAD 300K +

Total liquid assets shown in my father's acc in form of savings - CAD 26K

Have submitted a strong SOP, all by myself.

Annual income mother + father - CAD 15-16K (this is kinda low) cause now my father is retired.

Elder sister is final year medical grad (soon to be doctor)
