Stumped on W/D location

Stumped on W/D location

Hi all, we are moving into this house and this is the setup the previous owner had. The washer broke 2 days before we’re about to move in so we need to replace that and might as well replace the dryer too. We’re thinking of putting a stacked W/D to the left of the utility sink but the depth from the wall to the drainage pipe on the left side is 22 in. There’s also the crawl space access that would be blocked if the W/D pokes out too far.

Any thoughts or ideas on how to best set up this area? Maybe moving the sink to the left and W/D to the right?

2/1 Condo in Falls Church, 836 sq ft, $2,580/month

We are moving out of our condo at Falls Station Condominiums that is a less than a mile from the east falls metro. It’s also close to the WOD and falls church farmers market. We’ve lived here for 4 years and loved it but we bought a home in MD. Our landlord has been very kind enough to not raise our rent crazy amounts each year. If you’re interested, I can send you the Zillow listing and put you in contact with the property manager who our landlord works through. Also feel free to ask me any questions!
