Sharing something we’ve recently started on the side 😅
We’re a small team of engineers and architects, and we’re offering Owner’s Representative services for residential and commercial construction projects, initially around Quezon City.
If you’re building a house / commercial space (or planning to build one) and you need someone to help look after the project on your behalf, that’s basically what we do. We help monitor the progress and quality of work, coordinate with the contractor, check if the work is following the plans, and keep the owner updated throughout the construction.
Parang extra pair of eyes on your project, especially for owners who are busy with work or can’t always be on-site.
We’re honestly just starting this service, so our page is still pretty new and we’re slowly building it up. 😅 But we’d love to connect with homeowners and developers who might need this kind of service, particularly those with ongoing or upcoming projects here in Quezon City.
