timex service issues

last year, I pre-ordered the timex noah monophase watch and was anticipating it for a whole half a year.

when I received the watch, however, I was disappointed that the seconds hand does not align to the minute marks on the dial. this may be acceptable for a $20 watch from a department store, but this is a US$400 watch...

contacted Noah in early July this year regarding this issue. I received a reply, asking me to contact Timex instead, as it is a Timex watch.

contacted Timex in mid-July, and they referred me to return the watch for service via their returns page. however, as I am based in Singapore, I was not able to select any option to do so. hence, I contacted Timex again, and was referred to their Singapore service center, which is outsourced to a shop named Arista.

contacted Arista in late July, and Arista informed me that they do not service watches bought internationally from Timex, and only service watches that are purchased from ADs in Singapore/Timex Singapore website. they assisted me to contact Timex about this and mentioned that Timex will contact me.

fast forward half a month to mid-august, and I still have not received any update from Timex.

this is such a frustrating experience and, given that this is my first Timex watch, I will not look into their catalogue ever again. does anyone know how I can go about getting my watch repaired?

unclear quick settings in ColorOS 16.0.7

updated to ColorOS 16.0.7 on my Find X8 and, with the "Neutral" theme colours, the quick settings icons have very low contrast and cannot be easily seen if they are on or off. in this instance, mobile data is turned on while the rest are not.

turning off visual blur in the settings do not help. tried to change to "Classy" colours but it isn't much better. apart from changing the colours to something with higher contrast, is there anyway to reduce this transparency or visual blur effects?
