Does anyone have massive calves from pacing?
Weird question but I noticed the only visible muscle on my body are my calves. Seems like I inadvertently toe walk when I turn around in circles or go back and forth. Pacing also helps me stay lean, to the point where I have somewhat visible abs despite doing no core workouts. I guess in a way it can be viewed as dancing but in an unhealthy way. For example, sometimes I pace for hours despite starving, which can also explain why I barely have body fat.
