Should I buy the Moza R3 bundle as my first sim wheel? (Mainly playing Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to pull the trigger on my very first proper wheel setup and I’ve been eyeing the Moza R3 Direct Drive bundle.

My absolute main game is Euro Truck Simulator 2 (with a little bit of casual/arcade driving like Forza but 90% of my time is spent hauling cargo).

Setup/Pedals: Is it pretty much plug-and-play with the Pit House software for ETS2, or is it a headache to configure? Also, do the SR-P Lite pedals slide around much if they aren't mounted to a dedicated rig?

I don't really want to stretch my budget an extra $150 for the R5 since I'm not doing competitive sim racing, but I want to make sure the R3 isn't too entry-level for a good trucking experience.

Would love to hear from anyone using the R3 for truck sims. Thanks!
