Hey guys, im an 18 yr old guy . Ive been stuck with this skinny fat build for like a year now. Before I was quite fat and I managed to loose alot of weight by walking more. But im still unhappy with my body now im 65kg and still have belly fat, and man boobs. Ive just started doing 5k runs and im going to try and do this atleast 2 times a week hopefully 3. I also started doing incline treadmill at the gym, drinking more water and TRYING to eat as healthy as possible and do atleast 10k steps almost everyday. Please can someone give me some advice on anything I should either stop wasting my time or something I should focus more on. Im not trying to become big just less chubby. Id appreciate if everyone was nice about it :)

Just seen from various rep influencers that Acbuy is closing down due to “legality issues” Perhaps they knew that there was a chance of them being raided and closed down by the police. Anyone have any more info on it?

(I know people are sceptical of this but ive seen many posts about it)
