I need help!

My 6 month old German Shepard is driving me crazy. He is constantly biting and barking at me, when I get him to stop biting he just barks nonstop.

I’m bruised and tired, I’ve looked up so many videos to try and get him to stop but he just won’t.

I play with him very regularly, we go for runs, we have daily training sessions but he just goes off. I even force him to take naps!!

What should I do?
