PdM Herod is my favourite winter scent I've smelled. Unfortunately, for the high price, the performance leaves a lot to be desired. How close is Tobacco Noir to Herod smell wise and does it perform better?

Also, is there a way to get a fragrance shipped to a country that's not listed when selecting shipping location on Montagne's website? I'm in the EU, but my country is not on the list.
