I’ve been recycling second hand crystal jewellery for about a year now. My mum keeps giving me bits of her old jewellery to use in this.
Does anyone know what crystal this could be? Is it just a raw quartz piece ?

I was taking 25mg Zoloft for the last two weeks (my first time trying an antidepressant) for my agoraphobia, anxiety and OCD.
Unfortunately even at that lowest dose I dealt with terrible insomnia and slept maybe 3 hours a night on a good day, and the hot flashes were so severe I almost fainted on two occasions. I do have a history of low blood pressure but I’ve been drinking electrolytes and plenty of water and food, so it should have gone up since I was last checked.
I took my last dose on Tuesday after consulting with my GP, and she’s recommended Prozac and told me to start taking it today. Is it much different than Zoloft? Will it be less ‘activating’? I know everyone has different experiences on the drug but happy to hear those :)
