Does anyone have recommendations for good apartment locators who don’t work for Smart City? I feel like my luck with them just isn’t ever great and there are always complexes that I see later that weren’t shown to me. I’m open to working with an individual or someone who works with a different company. Just wanting to broaden my search beyond who SC has partnerships with. TIA!
