Am I overthinking?
A very first-world problem I suppose…. So I’ve decided that I absolutely want the Chanel Maxi Flap S26..
And I want this to be perfect. It maybe a small move for others, but it’s the first time I’m dropping $$$ for a rep. And I am so excited.
Currently in my research mode, still looking into every detail of finding the perfect bag.
However, I think I may be overthinking but I need y’alls opinion as well.
On the tongue of the flap - on many reps you will find that there are two stitches on each side, but on the auth, you will find none - but slightly indents.
And comes the dilemma of the right shape. If we’re not careful enough, we’d probably get ripped off with a literal rectangle and no slightly, but beautiful circular corners. So please be careful.
I’m attaching pictures of the close-ups I could find, everywhere and anywhere. The Chanel website, influencers who claim they have the real bag, and many reps.
In fact, am I going crazy? I see these stitches on bags of people who have done a whole trip to Europe, the store, bought it and unboxed the bag in front of us, and yet I still see the stitches or I could be wrong. It’s such a small detail, but I want to make sure I make no mistakes.
