I just got my motorcycle permit about a week ago and I've been going out with my friend and his dad but I have to borrow a bike. I'm looking for a powerful cruiser that is comfortable but still has some get up and go. I'm not particular to any brand but I would like something older pre-2010 preferably. Any help is appreciated

I'm wondering just how difficult it would be to remove say a k24a4 from an element and put in a k24a2 or maybe a k20 alternative and still retain the stock manual
