How did the Commonwealth and CRM not know of each other? Both are large/huge communities. The CRM stretches across the country.

Is this ever explained?

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I was glad Tim used his save. Based on the judges' discussion Dexter should have been out. I think the producers set it up. Shocking, I know!
