Tampons?

I have stage 2 cystocele and rectocele. It's finally summer where I live and we were set to go swimming this weekend. Pre-knowing about my prolapse, I would have just used a tampon, but now, I am a little hesitant! I haven't used a tampon in awhile since the past few summers my son either had a broken leg, was hospitalized, or we just happened to swim at times where I was not on my period.

Are they okay to use with prolapse? Is there more risk of leaking now?

Places to eat near Jacob's Pavilion?

My husband and I are going to see Bleachers this Friday, but want to get downtown earlier to catch the USA & Scotland (at least some of it) matches before the show. We didn't do general admissions so we aren't worried about having to secure a spot for the concert.

It has been a minute since we've been in that area, so we are hoping someone has reccomendations for a place to eat, drink, and have fun before the show!

Anyone else notice more symptoms right before your cycle?

I have a stage 2 cystocele and rectocele and I have been managing pretty well with pelvic floor PT. I have noticed that about a week before my period, it feels as if all progress with PT is lost. The heaviness is there and the urgency is there. This week it has been SO bad and I am due for my period any day now.

My last PT appointment is supposed to be this week and now I am a little nervous. I know I have all of the exercises down and I have the wand to help release tension, I guess I am just nervous about losing that crutch and falling off the routine!

Is this common?
