My friend and I recently did a blind romance book swap in the spirit of summer. I don’t know the last time I read a fluffy romance, and the book she got me was ‘The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society.’ I got her ‘The Seven Year Slip’. Incidentally, both of the books revolve around writers/publicists and food, apart from the romance obviously.
The fact that our packages match our drinks was a total coincidence!
