Full disclosure: I'm a founder thinking about this space. No product, no pitch, no link to anything. I'm aware of Rule 3 and I'm not here to break it.

I've been reading this sub for a few weeks and have a lot of respect for the work. From the outside it looks like the last 12 months have been brutal, CAPE filings, IEEPA refund chaos, the end of de minimis. Before I decide whether there's anything worth building, I want to actually understand what the work feels like today.

For the entry writers, LCBs, and ops folks here, can you walk me through yesterday or today if you're up for it. What ate the most time? What did you wish you could've made disappear?
