Found this cleaning out an older persons closet, any idea on exactly what this is and what it might be worth?

Does anyone happen to know what this is? I noticed it yesterday when I was cleaning my vehicle and I'm not sure if there's a way to clip this back. For some reason there's a gap between the seat cushion and the side that has the driver's seat controls, please take a look at the pictures and I appreciate anyone helping out.

That feel when you spend extra and get worse service than Ground Advantage. Note this item was sent last Saturday. Should I wait util it arrives to the next destination (Hopefully towards the East Coast) before putting in a Missing Mail Search?

So I've been selling on eBay for a long time, since 2009 and this has never happened to me before. I sold a new portable Blu-ray player to a gentleman and it was brand new and sealed and he says this is what he received from USPS. Basically the package is empty and there's something that says it was delivered without contents. What's odd about this is the confirmation number states it was delivered fine I feel like there would be a notice if this was the case? I've sold over 8,000 items on eBay and I've never had this happen before does anyone have any advice they can give on this? Of course I'm going to go to USPS and see if they can do an investigation but I wanted to get a sense of this is actually a thing that happens.

I also heard there's a way to get the delivered weight from USPS does anyone know what that's called? I feel like that would be a big help thank you so much

Happy Saturday, I hope everyone's having a good weekend. I have a question I plan on buying a sound bar very soon and I'm debating whether I should put the sound bar on the top of the stand or in the little section that's underneath (where the 8bito red controller is). You'll have to excuse some of the mess. I will be bringing my Series X, PS5, and Switch 2 on this TV so I'm thinking about putting the soundbar in the bottom secrion. The only thing I'm worried about is if I'll be losing any sort of sound quality this way. The height of this entertainment center is about 36" tall in so I estimate the lower section has got to be between 26" to 28 in".

Anyone have any advice that I should look at? Thanks again.
