Pulled this 2023D Nickel out of a box of fresh BU 2023D Rolls so I know it’s not PMD, curious what this is from. Capped die? Worn die?

I have pulled multiple 1983 DDR coins out of circulation before, and have also found numerous MD doubling examples (I know, these ones are worthless).

I was looking at this 1983 Philly and it doesn’t really look like either of the other types I’ve pulled in the past so wanted to see what some of the more seasoned eyes think.
The doubling in united is what has me scratching my head, specifically.
