The CAPE process automatically collects entries, and it erroneously included a type 21 entry into a bonded warehouse. Now we cannot pull them out. CBP has not answered 3 emails, and we are looking for a knowledgeable broker who can reach CBP to remove this entry or just get the whole big refund cancelled. we need our stuff in warehouse now!
