Hello all!

I'm studying in England for end of September for 5 months and I need to tell my parents I'm studying abroad. I didn't want to say anything until I had everything approved (as there was a chance I wouldn't get it), but now that everything is approved and I'm looking for flights and accommodation, I think I need to tell them.

I love my parents but they worry about me and they're going to talk me out of it, and I know my mum will get upset and sad and it's something I'm really bad at dealing with as I love my parents a lot and I'm really bad at dealing with conflict.

I've been so mad at myself because I haven't told them for months even though I was in the process of applying, and I want to tell them how excited I am.

Whats the best way at telling them I'm going?
