hi i just removed my iud 2 weeks ago and wondering if my period will be back to normal next cycle or if it takes a little while to get back to normal

my boyfriend just helped me take my iud out at home. we got a speculum and a hemostat from amazon which made it much easier. i cramped a little when he took it out and a little after but i feel like i got my body back.
