hi guys! i was trying to update my grandmas old ipod. and it crashed to this screen. i did back up everything but now it’s saying to restore the ipod . can this be saved? i don’t want to loose everything

drinking certain herbal teas
hi guys! i was wondering if anyone else knew some stuff. i take the birth control pill (aurovela fe 1/20).
now, does anyone know the study or the info on certain herbal teas? i drank this venti iced passion tango tea from starbucks and turns out it has licorice root, which is said to interfere. i drank a venti so it shouldn’t effect me. but does anyone know why that certain roots and plants effect the effectiveness of?
