I'm an 18m and I was curious if serving in the RAF as a firefighter could help me transition to the LFB?

does anyone have any idea when either of these are going to open or whether they even will?

secondly will the changes (such as the 1 dollar entry fee) to later dv applications make receiving an accepted status more likely for genuine applicants
