App for English speakers

I grew up listening to my parents speak in Taigi, but never spoke it myself. A few months ago, I finally decided to learn to speak it. A bit into it, I found the Taiwan Ministry of Education's open source Taigi dictionary data (Taigi <-> Mandarin) and thought it would be a cool project to take that, polish up my web app skills and make a Taigi learning app for English speakers.

https://www.taigiear.com/

It only has a small portion of the original Taigi data from MoE, but hopefully it helps people starting out. My plan is to keep working on bringing in more of the dictionary over time.

Hope it helps.
