I need some real help in making my 11 year old feel heard
My 11 year old son is writing and was extremely excited for posting stories online. He is upset he can’t get any comments. He wants to feel like his voice is being heard, so I’m reaching out to the community to get some people to read his stories and give soft critiques for him. He is legitimately talented for his age and I don’t want him to feel discouraged. I haven’t seen this boy cry and this is tearing him apart.
I included an image of his profile. I want him to keep writing. He has a talent for making characters. He originally wrote this for his friends and he has written I think two more novellas. Please help a father encourage his son.

My current WIP is Orthworm
I build decks for fun. I find it as the most fun part of the game.
Orthworm has been a card I have been trying to get right for a long time. Problem is, I can’t seem to get things right. I don’t ha e a current decklist, but I do have things I want and don’t want. Ne of the cards I am trying to avoid using is metang. It takes too much focus away from everything else and requires me to stack the deck with energy. It is slow and inconsistent with this build.
So I’m looking for suggestions. I’ve considered Metagross ex, but I’m unsure since it also uses Psychic and that would be cutting damage in half. On the other hand I could include a 2-2 line of Yanmask and Cofagrigus from WHT, and capitalize on wanting to use Survival Brace.
Anyway, I am just looking for some ideas I may have no considered. Here are the cards that I came to this deck with heavy consideration:

Need help finishing this idea
I make a lot of decks. I know the answer is to test it and see what helps most, but I am torn here.
Concept is using Meta to put energy out. Cof+Brace is to maximize the Brace, preferably on a mega. Main attacker is Jellicent. Handheld is for early-mid disruption. Latias is mostly early when I have basics and I want to get Jellicent in front row. Watchtower seems to affect the most decks currently, and I needed to bump disadvantageous stadiums.
Right now I can’t decide on the final card. In my mind I have 5 options, in order for importance:
Meowth, Patch, Watchtower, Red Card, Handheld
Any ideas? Maybe I am missing something.

Untested Rogue Deck Ideas
I have really been enjoying my Greninja deck, but I really wanted to go even further rogue and look for success in some other cards. Hypno is something I really want to make work because the level of potential I see with trolling excites me. Dragonite w/ blaziken was simply inspired by another person I played. My deck isn’t copying them, but they definitely inspired me. The Dragalge deck is something I wanted to build for a long time. Poison decks were my favorite before losing my poison making machine, so although I held off in a deepened sadness, I think I can get this to work. The main concern I have with this deck is wanting to make sure that the energy is sufficient.
And TR Sneasle makes me giddy. Punishing a necessary retreat excites me to no end. Baby pech is my favorite retreat lock, so naturally it was included. Using dun engine to start, but I am heavy considering a 3-3 line of drak, maybe include a Pult and change to a neo energy just to piss people off, but for now I think the dun like is gonna work best.

Been wanting to make Greninja as viable as Dragapult
The strategy is simple. Get out Mega Greninja and keep him alive. Randomly tods shurikens as needed while having Neo Upper transform from a one off ace to an ace that is the real immortal shuriken. Wally + 1 more active mega ninja makes basically infinite placements. The deck was made to set up quick. Froslass is a secondary that is for the occasional ogerpon or random shot at big damage. Between kang, veggiepon, drakloak engine, dundun, and alakazam overuse; I frolass went from what was a 1-1 to a 2-2 and guess what? Wally has another use. Petrel honestly has been great for when my starts aren’t optimal and has mainly been used to get out a candy to get the ninja rolling.
I’m not done optimizing this fully yet, but this is probably v5, having tried MStarmie, budew, less meowth, less wally, no retrieval, an extra fez in place of an extra regular ninja (who works great on Big Basics that utilize Kanga as their main drawing strategy), 4-4 on ultra and pad. At one point I even tried running 4 hammers, but it clunked me. And honestly this deck tears through people fast enough that hammer doesn’t really matter.
I’ve tore through multiple variations of different 1 prize decks, though I did face a pretty good 1 prize deck utilizing baby embroar and the new delph. It gave me a lot of trouble, but I was able to win with them having the game match the following turn. Wally came in clutch that game. And this deck also punishes 60 hp dun users, which is mostly everyone I face (admittedly I prefer this variation as well).
Anyway, that’s the deck. It runs smooth. It doesn’t get as many surrenders as my Early Domination Star deck that I never posted, but it has been very satisfying. It is good enough to make me consider playing in person just to see how I would fare in a NAIC or regional tournament. But I have a wife and kids, so free online play is good enough. Plus, I play a lot of rogue decks, so I really get to see what other decks are capable of, making my experience facing meta and non-meta alike pretty good.

Bro, no idea what you were cooking, but some friendly advice
You are trying to do too much and spreading yourself thin. I thought it was odd when you dropped Volcanion ex. I thought it was terrible when you dropped Magearna. Not mention your original spread looked like you were building Okidogi.
If you’re here on reddit, just head my advice. Play 1 deck. Stop combining the best elements of certain decks. I’ll link limitless for you. I can tell you’re newer at the game, so play some premade decks and get a feel for how/why they work. Understanding that will help once you’re ready to build your own decks. And deck building is hard.

Demons don’t inhabit the physical realm. I saw an offering of whine. I saw someone doing a blood pact. I understand what they are for.
What I do not understand is what you do when you’ve already made your offering? I get it, for whine you can keep it in their shrine. But how long are you going to leave dried blood there? Maybe it is because I never made a pact, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how long to leave the offering there. Do I drink the whine/blood? That makes more sense to me.
Sorry if this has any offense in it, I am just genuinely curious about every aspect of this. I just know with my mental health and lack of any belief that I would never get this to work. Especially with wanting to do things the lazy way.
