GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9-390

RAM: 24(3x8) gigabyte DDR3 1600 MHz

I think I should upgrade to a 11th or 12th gen but I would have to get new RAM, CPU cooler, and PSU. I have a DDR5 MSI B760 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard on my shelf not being used and I have a (2×8) DDR4 corsair vengeance rgb pro I can't use with the motherboard.
