Any other mangers go to wholefoods?
Been there a month and honestly really like it. I can't help but feel resentful about what I went through. Maybe it's because I helped manage a high preforming store but I worked 12 or more hours regularly with inconsistent days off. Not to mention blatant favortism. A lot of the team members are pretty jaded because of the changes over the years, but I can't help but feel relieved that there is simply more support and the ability to just interview new employees. In my opinion it really is the fairer side of Amazon grocery. I've managed a prime now site, a grocery delivery site and a store and I really feel good about this change.
