Mandalorian patch

I saw if you see the Mandalorian in IMAX Friday you get a patch. what if you see it tomorrow? also I'm curious if it's for all premium formats or just IMAX. I'm going to 4DX tomorrow and hopefully will get one. I was told by a local promotions guy that if you see it in a premium format on Thursday they had a gift. I'm curious if this is what he was talking about.

contact number

does anyone have a contact number for customer service?

I requested to make a single 12 month payment rather than each month but then found out from here the price would increase, that was never mentioned. I have tried several times to reach them to ensure the billing stays monthly, but multiple requests have gone unanswered.

Ticket purchased then the showing disappeared

I've been waiting for Mandalorian tickets to pop up for June 6 since my friends can go on that date. the theater just added the date to the portal. I went in and purchased my ticket and was going to get theirs at the theater since I'm using vouchers and it's $9 surcharge. I went back and they no longer have the 6th listed except for 3 movies. I also saw several other seats were purchased. now my purchases shows I was charged $0.50 for my ticket, but there is nothing in my purchases listing.

I was asking them yesterday when they would be posting the dates past June 4th last night. the only shows listed are Scary Movie, MOTU, and The Amazing Digital Circus.

Has anyone else encountered this?

I guess I'll ask tomorrow when I'm onsite.

Update: I did get a ticket emailed to me

Question on pricing

time to renew but some confusion on pricing

So my account expired today, I had submitted a request to prepay 12 months, at the premium theater rate, instead of the monthly just for convenience.

I was quoted $359.88 which breaks down to $29.99 a month.

I was billed for my first month already at $26.49. 26.49 X 12 months is $317.88. I'm on the highest tier.

Am I missing something here? why is it $42 more when paying annually?

More Upgrades in San Diego

So I went with my group last night and noticed we now have a mobile order display screen, and also it looks like we may have a hot storage unit for chips, hotdogs, pretzels etc.

I did a Hugh Jackman double feature with The Sheep Detectives, then Les Miserables. I then went back to Mortal Kombat. to keep the theme, I should've got to Devil Wears Prada 2 them I could've started with a Hugh Jackman double then ending with an Anne Hathaway double feature.

So my Regal is now selling some Star Wars Tikis. these are also available online at Toynk. However, the Snow Trooper is $10 cheaper at Regal. They don't have Season 1 but it's available online. Cheers!!

with the removal of the flash sale points, I'm curious if the bonus points for seeing different formats of the same film, or the see these 3 films and earn 5000 points will go away also. currently in the middle of seeing all the Friday the 13th films on the 13th for a bonus.

Is anyone else bummed they switched Hairspray from the 98' John Waters version to the safer 2007 version?

Also does anyone else feel Regal missed the chance to sneak in a classic Troma Musical with Trey and Matt's Cannibal the Musical?

When the partial list was launched I was hoping to see it added. I doubt Lloyd Kaufman would require a lot of $$$ for screening it. our local film group has done several screenings of Troma films and have had him speak both in person and via video feed.

So far the only Friday night show with Sales at my theater is Repo. showing the love for these less mainstream films.
