I have this every time and last time it got so bad that after a week, it’s still not fully healed. :(

Kann ich hier Wandregale anbringen? (bohren)
Bräuchte mal bitte eure Schwarmintelligenz - Bild ist vom Zustand, als die Vormieterin noch drin gewohnt hat. Die Metallstange hat sie mitgenommen.
Kann ich da (gelbe Linie) Wandregale hinhängen? Müsste dafür bohren.

Hi guys,
I am really struggling right now - I had a terrible flare up about 4 years ago, it really was horrendous. Now I have a flare up again (I had been clear for 4 years) and I use Metronidazole cream - after about a week I saw improvement, now two weeks in my skin starts to get worse. I don’t use any other products, just water to clean the skin once a day.
I am starting to get more and more frustrated and sad … and very self conscious. Any advice?
Pic shows how my skin looks now, the flare starts to spread But it’s not as red/ inflamed anymore - however it’s spreading now…
