I really need some legal advice and guidance because I am going through a very difficult time in my life.

My father was an Army pensioner, and he passed away. My mother has also passed away, and I have no other family members to support me. Unfortunately, my father had around ₹10 lakh in outstanding loans when he passed away.

I am currently unemployed and have no source of income. I am extremely stressed and scared about what will happen next. I don’t know whether I am legally responsible for repaying my father’s loans, whether the banks can take legal action against me, or whether his Army pension or any other benefits can help me in this situation.

I would be very grateful if someone could guide me
