Food grade epoxy that can withstand high temperature ?

I have this propeller that wing has been broken off. Unfortunately it is impossible to buy replacement and I really like the machine so want to fix it.

It's for a milk frother so the max temperature should be below 80°C or 176°F and plus it also needs to withstand fast rotation too.

Can you recommend any epoxy product for this ? Of course it will spend good time submerged in milk so it should be food safe too. I'm newbie here and from what I heard epoxy is basically food safe when cured? but not sure so seeking advice ...

Any alternative to CPP Lite Pedal base ?

I’m using a Next Level Racing Victory cockpit with Conspit CPP Lite pedals.

The standard CPP Lite plastic base only has mounting holes in the middle/rear area, and because of the hole pattern on the NLR Victory pedal plate, I can only secure it with two middle bolts. It works, but the pedal base wobbles under braking.

I saw the official CPP Lite aluminium base plate has more mounting options, but at around US$199 it feels a bit overkill. I’ve seen a lot of universal pedal plates on AliExpress, but I’m not sure if any of them fit the CPP Lite without heavy modification.

Has anyone mounted CPP Lite pedals on those AliExpress ones?
