I got offered this set of clubs (irons+driver+putter everything as in pic) but I’m quite unaware of golf equipment prices would anyone be able to offer advice on how much they are WTP based on brand+performance alone?

Participating in housing selection soon and wanted to see if anyone who knows more about it has any advice as to what to go for first? I’m looking at studios and if not then shared apartments.
If comfort > price (within reason), what buildings feature what that’s worth to consider? Any to avoid at all costs?
