How did the transition go? I heard it’s the hardest transition for a male dentist when they buy a female dentists practice.

Found a nice apartment in Murray hill but I’m reading it’s not really the best area? If I like Williamsburg for the water front, mccaren for my dog, food spots, will I hate Murray hill?

3 ops, doing about a million, real estate for sale, in a VHCOL desirable area. Only problem is that it’s the doc, assistant, 1 hygienist. Doc is willing to do a very thorough transition (letters, make a video, introduce patients etc) but the assistant is leaving as well. So basically I’ll have to hire an assistant and a front desk right away. It’s not ideal but it’s not a deal breaker right?

Looking to acquire my first practice soon hopefully, but in the meantime would like to study the business side. I’ve been listening to a lot of podcasts. Any other recs?

He is a 11 lb chihuahua. I was feeding him farmers dog for about a month but noticed he had sudden weight gain. After researching I found out about its high fat content and risk of pancreatitis. I’ve been mixing purina pro plan kibble with the wet food because he won’t just eat kibble. I’m thinking of switching the wet food for the purina pro plan sensitive skin and stomach salmon and lamb as a topper, and keeping the kibble. Is this the healthiest option for my dog?

I verified with my CPA and looks like it was accepted by the IRS for my 1040 taxes but it hasn’t been taken out of my bank account yet. Is it normal to see a delay this long?
