Mac mini m4 base variant laptop is not working

I need m4 mac mini base varient my laptop is not working anymore can anyone help me to get this im not able to find it online and i dont have budget if anyone have pc to sell let me know

Lately I’ve been spending way too much time on Instagram.

I don’t want to use app timers or local DNS blocks. Is there a way to block it directly from my router instead? Or could something like a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W help?

I’d rather not spend much, but if anyone’s actually done this setup before, I’d really appreciate some practical advice.
