I have been absolutely loving the book covers that Leigh Bardugo has been using for the last few years, what would you call this style? Each animal has something to do with the actual book, but in a "if you know you know" kind of way. Love the massive typography and how lowkey creepy they are. Would you consider this an illustration or a mix of media? Is there a specific niche of creators that specializes in this?

At first I thought they were all munching on a fallen comrade but this is so much worse somehow. I have seen them chase each other through the aquarium in massive zoomies before, but I have never seen anything like this. Is this normal? Can the female get hurt? I'm going to include a video in the comments as well since I'm on mobile, but they are all actively chasing her and at least two are on top at allll times. 😭 parameters and temperature are normal, I just caught them right after I turned on the lights
