Shiny ghosts, costumed ghosts, and costumed shiny ghosts!

Marylin Monroe is our TCM Star of the Month for June, and TCM created a "trailer" featuring very short clips of many (dozens?) of her films. The attached photo of my television shows an instant in the trailer that is from a film I do not recognize. She kicks the lightswitch-clothespin combo and the lighting changes. Can anyone tell me which film it is? I want to catch it.

I saw this today for the first time, and it made me realize that a film I have loved for 40+ years apparently paid direct homage to this scene. Dr. Frank N. Furter kicks a switch in a very similar manner during the "floor show" finale of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
