Last week, we experimented with expanding our consciousness.

We became Tree-Self. 🌳

Humanity-Self. 💛

Earth-Self. 🌎

This week, we’re coming all the way back home.

Back to you.

And we’re going to have a conversation with someone who has been with you your entire life:

Your Heart. ♥️

For the next 24 hours, we’re inviting you to try one very simple experiment:

Talk to your Heart.

This week’s meditation is inspired by The Inner Mediator by Carol Viana, which explores meeting our inner world with curiosity, conversation, and compassion. ♥️

♥️ MEET YOUR HEART ♥️

Place your hand over your chest if that feels comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Imagine your Heart however you wish.

Maybe it’s your physical heart.

Maybe a Heart emoji.

Maybe a little glowing Heart.

Maybe simply a light.

Now say:

“Hi, Heart. How are you?”

And listen.

Don’t search for an answer.

Just notice what comes.

A word.

An emotion.

An image.

A memory.

A feeling.

Or perhaps silence.

There is no wrong answer.

We’re simply practicing listening.

Then tell your Heart:

“I love you.”

“I’m sorry.”

“Please forgive me.”

“Thank you.”

Your Heart has been beating through every version of you.

Every beautiful day.

Every difficult day.

Every heartbreak.

Every fear.

Every celebration.

Every person you’ve loved.

Every time you’ve laughed.

Every time you’ve cried.

Every time you’ve wondered whether things would be okay.

Your Heart was there.

Beating.

Maybe something that has been with us for our entire lives deserves to hear:

“Thank you.”

♥️ THE 24-HOUR HEART EXPERIMENT ♥️

That’s it.

Nothing complicated to remember.

For the next 24 hours, every now and then, check in.

While drinking your coffee.

Walking.

Working.

Resting.

Before you fall asleep.

Simply ask:

“Heart, how are we doing?”

And listen.

Maybe later ask:

“Is there anything you’d like me to know?”

You don’t have to decide whether what comes is psychological, symbolic, spiritual, imaginative, intuitive, or something else entirely.

We’re just curious.

We’re practicing a different kind of inner conversation.

And if your Heart has nothing to say?

You can simply tell it:

“I love you.”

♥️ THE LOVE CIRCLE ♥️

Now imagine yourself or your loved one sitting peacefully in the center of our Love Circle.

The Space Croissant Crew surrounds you, sending waves of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

Imagine your Heart beginning to glow.

♥️

What color does your Heart choose today?

Golden?

Pink?

Green?

Blue?

Something completely different?

Imagine Reiki gently surrounding your Heart in that light.

Now imagine tiny Heart emojis floating toward it.

Each carries four messages:

I love you.

I’m sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

Let them surround your Heart.

Nothing needs to be forced.

Nothing needs to be demanded from your Heart.

We’re simply giving it our attention.

Our gratitude.

Our compassion.

Our love.

Now ask:

“Heart, what do you want me to know?”

And listen.

Simply receive.

For the next 24 hours, we’ll be here supporting anyone who chooses to receive Reiki and inviting in love, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, and connection.

This is an imaginative meditation practice and can complement the ways you already care for yourself; it isn’t a replacement for medical or mental-health care when needed.

🌳 FIRST, A LITTLE TREE CHALLENGE! 🌳

Now let’s begin.

Last week, we explored the Mermaid Sharknado.

We imagined difficult thoughts as sharks and discovered that we didn’t have to fight them. Instead, our Mermaid paused the storm and approached the sharks with compassion:

“I love you.”

“I’m sorry.”

“Please forgive me.”

“Thank you.”

This week, we are exploring how far self-love can expand.

Start with yourself.

Then make your “self” a little bigger.

For the next 24 hours, choose your adventure:

🌳 Become a Tree.

💛 Become Humanity.

🌎 Become Earth.

Or try all three.

This is an imagination and perspective exercise.

Take a tiny piece of your awareness—a little “me”—and imagine sharing it with something else.

What happens to compassion when something that was once “other” becomes part of “me”?

🌳 BECOME A TREE 🌳

Choose a tree.

Your favorite tree.

A tree outside your home.

Or maybe the tree you plant today.

Give it a little “me.”

Now you have a Tree-Self.

Throughout the day, occasionally remember:

“I am the Tree.”

Your feet become roots.

Your body becomes the trunk.

Your arms become branches.

Your leaves receive sunlight.

Wind moves through you.

Rain feeds you.

Birds rest upon you.

Your roots connect you deeply to Earth.

What becomes important when you experience the world as a tree?

When something stressful happens today, return to your Tree-Self.

Feel your roots.

Breathe.

Then say:

“I love you.”

“I’m sorry.”

“Please forgive me.”

“Thank you.”

💛 BECOME HUMANITY 💛

Now expand again.

Give Humanity your little “me.”

Imagine billions of people becoming one Humanity-Self.

For a few moments:

“I am Humanity.”

Humanity contains extraordinary kindness and extraordinary wounds.

Fear.

Courage.

Grief.

Friendship.

Mistakes.

Forgiveness.

Love.

Humanity is unfinished.

So are we.

Now experience your own individual life through Humanity’s eyes.

Perhaps Humanity has more compassion for you than you normally give yourself.

You are one small human within an enormous human story.

And you belong here.

Say:

“I love you.”

“I’m sorry.”

“Please forgive me.”

“Thank you.”

Then carry one thought with you today:

When you meet another person—even someone very different from you—

they are Humanity too.

🌎 BECOME EARTH 🌎

Now make your “me” even bigger.

Imagine:

“I am Earth.”

You are a blue planet.

Your oceans move.

Your forests breathe.

Your rivers flow.

Your mountains rise.

Countless living beings call you home.

Now, as Earth, look back at your little human self.

What do you feel toward that person?

What would Earth want you to know?

Don’t force an answer.

Listen.

Then say:

“I love you.”

“I’m sorry.”

“Please forgive me.”

“Thank you.”

✨ THE 24-HOUR EXPERIMENT ✨

For the rest of today, carry one of these perspectives with you:

Tree-Self.

Humanity-Self.

Earth-Self.

Or all three.

Go about your ordinary life.

Work.

Eat.

Play.

Take care of your family.

Talk to people.

But every once in a while, remember your larger Self.

Then return to your human Self.

Expand.

Return.

Expand.

Return.

Like breathing.

We are not trying to lose ourselves.

We are practicing loving ourselves deeply enough that the circle of what we call “self” can begin to include something else.

THE LOVE CIRCLE

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Imagine you or your loved one in a circle surrounded by the Space Croissant Crew, sending waves of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

Imagine your body and organs releasing excess emotions, stress, and pain.

We will use the Violet Flame to gently clear heaviness and negativity surrounding your body, its organs, and its systems.

Now choose:

🌳 Tree.

💛 Humanity.

🌎 Earth.

Imagine Reiki flowing through that connection.

Tree-Self receives it through roots and branches.

Humanity-Self receives it through the great Heart of Humanity.

Earth-Self receives it as gentle light surrounding the planet, available to every willing being who chooses to receive it.

Or hold all three at once:

Tree within Humanity.

Humanity upon Earth.

Earth holding them all.

And somewhere within everything…

you.

Now say:

“I love you.”

“I’m sorry.”

“Please forgive me.”

“Thank you.”

Then ask:

What makes my eyes incandescent?

What lights you up?

What makes you feel alive?

Find that light inside yourself.

Let it grow.

Let it reach your Tree-Self.

Your Humanity-Self.

Your Earth-Self.

Then bring it home again.

Because expanding consciousness begins with self-love.

You cannot leave yourself out of the Love Circle.

Simply receive.

REIKI SHARE DAY: THIS WEEK’S MEDITATION. HI EVERYONE! 24 hrs of Free Reiki with the SPACE CROISSANT CREW. The theme is MERMAID YOURSELF: CALMING THE INNER SHARKNADO. It starts NOW!

HI EVERYONE!

Last week, we explored Lovecules, Reiki Love Pills, and the Phoenix Rising Apothecary.

This week, we are staying much closer to home.

No Pretend Mars.

No galactic travel.

Just you, your thoughts, your emotions, and an ocean.

Our theme is the Mermaid Sharknado.

The Sharknado represents what it can feel like when thoughts begin circling faster and faster.

Fear.

Self-criticism.

Grief.

“I can’t do this.”

“I’m not good enough.”

“I’m going to feel like this forever.”

Each thought becomes a shark.

The more we fight them, the faster they circle.

So today, instead of fighting the sharks, we are going to meet the Mermaid.

🧜‍♀️🌊🦈

The Mermaid represents the part of you that can pause, observe, soften, and respond with compassion.

She does not destroy the sharks.

She does not run from them.

She calms the ocean.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Imagine an ocean around you.

The water represents your emotional world.

Now imagine any heavy or intrusive thought that has been bothering you becoming a shark.

You may have one shark.

You may have many.

Give each shark a name if you want.

Maybe one is Fear.

Maybe another is Shame.

Grief.

Anger.

Loneliness.

“I hate myself.”

“I’m not enough.”

Whatever appears is okay.

Now imagine the water beginning to swirl.

The sharks circle.

The noise gets louder.

Then…

The Mermaid arrives.

She draws a PAUSE symbol in the water.

⏸️

Everything stops.

The waves freeze.

The sharks become still.

The noise disappears.

The Mermaid can still move.

She swims toward the shark that frightens you the most.

She places one hand gently on its head.

And says:

“I love you.”

“I’m sorry.”

“Please forgive me.”

“Thank you.”

The shark is not your enemy.

It is a frightened part of you trying to communicate in the only way it knows how.

Imagine the shark relaxing.

Its teeth soften.

Its body becomes golden light.

One by one, the other sharks begin glowing too.

The entire Sharknado slowly changes from a storm of fear into a spiral of light.

Gold.

Teal.

Blue.

Green.

Whatever colors feel peaceful to you.

Now imagine yourself becoming the Mermaid.

You are no longer trapped inside the storm.

You can move through it.

You can guide the light.

You can speak to the sharks.

You can say:

“I love and accept myself.”

🌊✨🧜‍♀️✨🌊

THE LOVE CIRCLE

Imagine you or your loved one is now in a circle.

You are surrounded by 38 Reiki practitioners sending waves of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and gently wrapping you in it.

Imagine this Reiki flowing into your ocean.

Not forcing the sharks away.

Simply bringing light into the water.

We will use the Violet Flame to gently clear heaviness and emotional tension surrounding your body, its organs, and its systems.

Now imagine the Space Croissant Crew standing safely along the shoreline.

Ground Control is there.

The Mermaid is there.

Your sharks are there.

And you are there.

Nobody needs to fight anybody.

Imagine Reiki moving through the ocean as soft golden light.

The waves slow.

Your breathing slows.

The Mermaid approaches whichever shark needs compassion most.

Together, say:

“I love you.”

“I’m sorry.”

“Please forgive me.”

“Thank you.”

Let the shark become light.

Then another.

And another.

You do not have to solve every thought today.

You do not have to force yourself to feel differently.

Sometimes healing begins simply by changing the way we speak to the frightened parts of ourselves.

If a thought says:

“You’re finished.”

You might answer:

“This chapter may be finished. I am still here.”

If a thought says:

“You’re broken.”

You might answer:

“I am changing, and I still deserve love.”

If a thought says:

“You will feel this way forever.”

You might answer:

“This feeling is here now. It does not own my future.”

Let Reiki support whatever response feels right for you.

You remain the Mermaid.

You remain in charge of your ocean.

Simply receive.

We will be here for 24 hrs, supporting anyone who chooses to receive Reiki and inviting in calm, self-compassion, grounding, and emotional balance.

Last week, Puck met the Atomic Self.

We explored Puck as our smallest Unit of Wonder—stillness and timeless awareness—while Atomic Self represents movement, vibration, resonance, and possibility.

Together, we practiced Ho’oponopono:

“I love you.”

“I’m sorry.”

“Please forgive me.”

“Thank you.”

This week, Puck and Atomic Self are coming with us aboard the Space Croissant.

Destination:

PRETEND MARS.

Why?

We have something very important to pick up.

💊✨ LOVECULES ✨💊

Lovecules are imaginary Molecules of Love.

They live inside tiny emoji capsules created at the Mount Olympus Placebo Research Center in Pretendland.

Inside each transparent pill are hearts, stars, hugs, sparkles, rainbows, tiny unicorns, and whatever other symbols of love your imagination wants to put there.

There are no medicines or chemicals inside.

These are imaginary pills designed to carry intention, imagination, self-compassion and, if you choose, Reiki.

Captain Camilla Bok Bok is taking the Space Croissant to Pretend Mars to collect them.

Storm and Phoenix will be waiting when she returns to Earth.

Together, they bring the Lovecules somewhere new:

HI EVERYONE!

Last week, we imagined our smallest unit of consciousness, our Unit of Wonder, Puck, from the Zeroth Dimension, expanding to the size of a galaxy to witness a hug between the Andromeda Galaxy and the Milky Way.

Today, Puck is going to shrink so we can meet our Atomic selves.

We all have Pucks. Pucks are the part of us that are timeless and stillness. Some would call Puck a soul.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE FULL MOON: We are using energy from the PISCES MOON. The moon is currently waning gibbous in Pisces and is shifting into Aries around 4:30pm EST. Pisces moon energy is both sensitive and intuitive. It influences restorative rest, deep feelings, and intuition. Zodiac signs that are most influenced include Pisces, Cancer and Scorpio, sun, moon, and rising.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To start this exercise, imagine yourself saying the four phrases of Ho'oponopono to your Puck:

“I love you.”

“I'm sorry.”

“Please forgive me.”

“Thank you.”

Imagine these four phrases as “buttons” you press when you connect emotionally with your Puck. You want your Puck to carry unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness and gratitude for herself or himself. Imagine a happy Puck ready to receive Reiki.

Our Atomic selves, however, are movement, vibration, all possibility, all resonance.

Puck takes a “motion sickness pill” in emoji when she travels to the third dimension. Things are a bit weird at the atomic size.

Here is an imaginary conversation between Puck and Atomic-self:

“Puck: What is it like to be you? To be me... as you?

Atomic-self: We are there when stars are born. We are there when they go nova. We simply change with them. You can remember it if you expand your now. Make it a big now.

Puck: What connects everything? What am I expanding?

Atomic-self: Self-awareness. A pattern that remembers itself.

Puck: Ooooh...more of me?

(Leans forward in curiosity.)

Show me.

Atomic-self: Look closely, Puck. You already know this. Neurons reach like rivers. Rivers branch like lightning. Lightning spreads like tree roots. Tree roots bloom like galaxies. And galaxies... hug with tentacles, like mine. It’s the same dance, repeated over and over. We call these patterns fractals.”

Now let's talk to our Atomic selves.

We say ho'oponopono to them as well.

“I love you.”

“I'm sorry.”

“Please forgive me.”

Be gentle with your atomic self. For all the times you said hurtful things to yourself, you were hurting them too.

Things like:

“I hate myself.”

“I'm so dumb.”

“Nobody loves me.”

“I hate my body.”

These thought patterns repeat themselves everywhere, like fractals, and the tentacles kill your soul.

You can change the pattern if you start with your atomic self.

Imagine Atomic Self, the little person inside of you, together with your Puck saying in unison:

“I love and accept myself.”

Imagine Puck with “emoji accessories” like an emoji heart, lungs, a brain, eyes, tiny hands, a little nose and mouth. You can give her little legs too.

Puck will travel to the 5th dimension, the dimension of imagination, where all body parts have consciousness.

Imagine Puck talking to you heart.

“I love you.”

“I'm sorry.”

“Please forgive me.”

Hi, Everyone!

Last week, we explored Puck meeting the Dragons and guiding them to Earth to help stabilize, strengthen, protect, and support humanity, the planet, and all concerned.

This week, we are traveling even farther through imagination.

Our theme is a hug between the Milky Way and the Andromeda Galaxy.

Andromeda and the Milky Way are surrounded by vast halos of gas and light that extend far beyond the stars we can see. In imagination, these halos are already reaching toward one another, like two great beings slowly approaching an embrace.

In ordinary time, this meeting may happen billions of years from now.

But in another dimension, time does not behave the same way.

There is only NOW.

From Puck’s timeless perspective, the hug is already happening.

Imagine the Milky Way and Andromeda becoming aware of each other.

Their halos touch first.

There is no collision.

Only recognition.

Only connection.

Only a vast cosmic hug.

As they embrace, waves of Unconditional Love ripple through every star, every planet, every galaxy, and finally arrive here on Earth.

May this embrace soften fear, grief, loneliness, anger, and pain.

May it remind us that, like the galaxies, we are never truly separate.

May it awaken a deeper sense of belonging—to one another, to our planet, and to the Universe itself.

Everything here is pretend.

Imagine it in whatever way speaks to your heart.

We are also using the Full Moon in Aquarius energy. Which is happening opposite the Leo Sun and conjunct Pluto. The push and pull conflict between personal desires and the good of the collective is highlighted here.

Hi, Everyone!

Last week, we explored anger and the heavy emotions it may be hiding or protecting. We imagined saying “I love you” to our anger and allowing it to transform into friendly birds, animals, and flowers.

This week, we are going on another multidimensional journey through Pretendland.

Our guide is Puck.

Puck is a zero-dimensional point—our smallest unit of consciousness and our smallest self capable of wonder. Puck has no weight, length, width, or depth. She simply exists.

Because Puck is only a point, she can travel without a physical body. She moves through dimensions using imagination, emotion, and Unconditional Love.

Today, Puck has a special mission.

Imagine Puck putting on her tiny emoji wings and traveling through the Fibonacci pathways of consciousness. She moves beyond ordinary space and time until she reaches the Dragons who are making their way toward Earth.

Puck greets the Dragons with Unconditional Love.

She tells them about Earth, humanity, the animals, the oceans, the forests, and all the beings who need support. She then guides the Dragons safely through the dimensions and welcomes them into Pretendland’s version of Earth.

These are Dragons of protection, strength, wisdom, balance, and transformation.

They are here to help stabilize and strengthen the energetic foundations of Earth. They will support humanity and all concerned who need healing, protection, grounding, courage, and hope.

Imagine the Dragons flying around the planet and gently strengthening Earth’s energetic grid.

Imagine them helping to calm emotions that have become overwhelming or out of balance.

Imagine them absorbing and transmuting excess fear, anger, grief, confusion, and division without harming anyone.

Imagine them helping us ground higher frequencies of compassion, cooperation, awareness, and Unconditional Love.

The Dragons 🐉 do not force change or interfere with anyone’s free will. They offer support wherever it is welcomed and wherever it serves the highest good of all concerned.

May they protect the vulnerable.

May they strengthen those who are tired.

May they support those who are healing. ✨ ✨

May they help humanity become more conscious of one another, the planet, and the consequences of our choices.

May Earth 🌎 and all her beings return gently to balance.

Everything here is pretend. You are welcome to imagine it in any way that feels comfortable to you—or simply receive Reiki and rest.

THE LOVE CIRCLE

Imagine you or your loved one is now in a circle ⭕️ . You are surrounded by 36 Reiki practitioners sending you waves of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and wrapping your body in UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.❤️

Imagine your body and your organs releasing excess emotions, sensations, feelings, stress, and pain.

We will use the Violet Flame to cleanse the circle and stir away the pain, heaviness, and negativity surrounding your body, its organs, and its systems. Your body will thank you. Imagine doing it for 20 mins.

Now imagine your own Puck appearing as a tiny point of consciousness.

Give Puck a little “me.”

You may give Puck emoji arms, legs, wings, eyes, a smile, or anything else you would like.

Imagine Puck joining the other Pucks from the Love Circle and flying toward the Dragons. Together, they guide the Dragons to the people, animals, communities, and places on Earth that need stability, strength, protection, and support.

Imagine one Dragon resting beside you. 🐉

It does not need to fix or change you. It simply remains beside you, helping you feel safe, grounded, protected, and strong enough to continue your journey.

We will be here for 24 hrs, making sure everyone has an opportunity to release pain and stress from their body, its organs, and its systems and find love within.

Hi, Everyone!

Last week, we explored going to Pretendland. We honored the elderly and took them to a Reverse Hospice place. Where they healed and became young again with the help of fairies and angels.

This week, we will explore dealing with the roots of anger. Dealing with anger as a heavy emotion. What is anger hiding or protecting? What deep emotions are hiding underneath? And saying to your anger “I love you.”

Imagine your anger. Then imagine it turning into friendly entities such as birds, animals, and flowers as you work through the anger.

We will also be using the energy of the Cancer New Moon on July 14th. We are in the shadow period before the new moon. This new moon will be perfect for establishing emotional boundaries and self reflection.

THE LOVE CIRCLE

Hi, Everyone!

Last week we explored sending Reiki to the victims of natural disasters and weather phenomena around the world. Together we created a circle of compassion for those whose lives were suddenly changed by forces beyond their control.

This week's theme is that we are going to Pretendland. We are honoring the elderly and taking them to a reverse Hospice place. Where they heal and get young again, with the help of fairies and angels.

We are sending Reiki to elderly people who may be living with loneliness, illness, fear, or isolation. We are also sending Reiki to children who have no one to protect them, who are frightened, neglected, displaced, or simply in need of love, safety, and hope.

We also extend our circle of compassion to those who are transitioning from this life to their next home. May their journey be peaceful. May they be surrounded by love, comfort, dignity, and light. May they be greeted by their passed on loved ones. May their families and loved ones find strength, acceptance, and healing.

If you work with angels, fairies, spirit guides, ancestors, or simply the loving energy of the Universe, you are invited to imagine them standing beside these souls. Imagine gentle guardians surrounding every hospital bed, every hospice room, every lonely apartment, every refugee shelter, every child who cries at night, and every elder who wonders if they have been forgotten.

No one should have to feel alone.

As always, our intention is simple: to become a small source of comfort in a world that sometimes feels overwhelming.

Last week we explored Father’s Day/Father Figures Day. Specifically, the people who fill that role in our lives. That includes fathers who have passed on. Fathers-to-be. And people who have a complicated relationship with their fathers.

This week's theme is that we are sending Reiki to the victims of natural disasters/weather phenomena. The earthquakes in Venezuela. The thunderstorms and tornadoes in the American Deep South. The flooding in various parts of the world. The heatwave in Europe.

We are in the pre-shadow period of Mercury Retrograde, which runs from June 29-July 23, 2026. That means that in addition to delays in travel, delays with technology, delays in communication, etc? There will also be issues surrounding family dynamics. Particularly when it comes to emotional security, and issues in the home.

We use the Buck Moon energy in Capricorn, which will peak in the early morning of July 29, 2026, to assist for the next twenty four hours to send Reiki that supports the victims of natural disasters and their families.

It is the end of June, which means Pride 2026 is now almost complete. Support for marginalized people and chosen communities has always been part of Pride. We do the same here.

This week's theme is Father’s Day/Father Figures Day. Specifically, the people who fill that role in our lives. That includes fathers who have passed on. Fathers-to-be. And people who have a complicated relationship with their fathers.

We will also be using the Summer Solstice energy to assist. The Solstice represents the ending of a cycle and the start of a new one. The light returns, representing renewal and new beginnings.

We will use that energy for the next twenty-four hours to send Reiki that supports new intentions and manifestations. Letting go of the old ways of being. Bringing in new beginnings and fresh starts.

It is June, which means Pride 2026 is now in full swing. Support for marginalized people and chosen communities has always been part of Pride. We do the same here.

THE LOVE CIRCLE

Imagine you're now in a circle surrounded by 36 Reiki practitioners sending you waves of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and wrapping your body in UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

Imagine your body and your organs releasing excess negative thoughts, emotions, sensations, feelings, stress and pain.

REIKISHARE DUAL EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Hi!

I am Master Storm. I and Master Phoenix now lead the Sunday Gratitude Reikishare sessions. We have taken over from Master Bok. We also run the GratitudeReiki.com website, along with the Space Croissant Crew of 36 Reiki Masters.

This weekend, we have a dual event. Master Bok is reading her book, The Inner Mediator, on TikTok while we do Reikishare here, starting Sunday, June 14th, at 1pm EST. Her name on Tiktok is CarolMediator. She will be teaching how to do Ho'oponopono, the same technique we have been doing here for almost five years, over there. Please follow her there while you tune in here. There will be a link on the Sunday Reikishare post to the Tiktok event.

Running Reikishare is an honor. It reinforces the lessons of gratitude, forgiveness, healing, and compassion. As Reiki Masters we have chosen to do this work, and we accept the work willingly.

Reikishare also requires a great deal of sustained energy output for 24 hours. Imagine the energy needed for an hour of Reiki healing energy. Then imagine holding that level of energy for twenty-four hours straight for approximately 2500 people across two sub Reddits. Even with the energetic support of 36 other Reiki Masters it is a strenuous task.

Gratitude Reiki also has administrative costs. The domain, the website, etc, are monthly costs. Those costs have, like everything else, increased. We are working on a website revamp that focuses on providing paid Reiki services, as well as physical products for purchase. We want to ensure that our participating Reiki Masters can generate income for their energetic work.

Hi, Everyone!

Last week we worked on the Masculine Energy, in preparation for Fathers´ Day. The reason for doing it today is to balance out last week´s work. Masculine Energy can be heavy too, for many people, and we´re here to help you show your love, compassion, gratitude, and forgiveness to the masculine side of your DNA.

Today we will work on talking to the body. The body is an entity. Your organs have consciousness. Your systems have consciousness. We will talk to them all.

We are here to help you show your love, compassion, gratitude and forgiveness to your body, its organs, and its systems. Yes, today you will love your body. Even when it hurts. Even when it is not functioning in the ways you would prefer.

We will say ho'oponopono to our body. The body as a whole, the organs, and the system itself.

We're gonna say:

“I love you.”

“I'm sorry.”

“Please, forgive me.”

“Thank you.”

To our body. No matter what, it's your body, and it deserves love from you. Let's love our body and heal our relationship with our bodies today.

THE LOVE CIRCLE

Imagine you're now in a circle surrounded by 36 Reiki practitioners sending you waves of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and wrapping your body in UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

Imagine your body and your organs releasing excess negative thoughts, emotions, sensations, feelings, stress and pain.

We will use the Violet Flame to cleanse the circle and stir away the pain and negativity surrounding your body, its organs, and its systems. Your body will thank you. Imagine doing it for 20 mins.

We will be here for 24 hrs making sure everyone has an opportunity to release pain and stress from your body, its organs,and its systems and find love within.

Don't worry, we will be very gentle and take good care of your pain and excess negative emotions and feelings, if you have any.
